Description

This inspiring and memorable day of celebration will be hosted by our founder and author, Michelle Mandro, who will be joined by some of the most incredible women from wine country, some great wines and empowering words from our keynote Alessia Antinori who hails from Florence, Italy.  Alessia and her two sisters are the first women in their family to hold leadership positions in their successful over 600-year-old Italian wine business. Throughout history the Antinori family has managed the business directly making innovative and sometimes bold decisions while upholding the utmost respect for traditions and the environment.

Guests will be seated at a table hosted by a participating vintner from the Wine Country Women community, and will enjoy a bountiful lunch while listening to the keynote. Afterwards, everyone is invited to take part in a walk-around wine tasting where each vintner will showcase a flagship wine with a companion library wine.  Guests will have an opportunity to place orders of these sought-after wines. The intimate event will be held at Antinori Napa Valley on Atlas Peak in the Napa Valley.

Fundraiser:
This annual signature event is the primary fundraiser for the Wine Country Women scholarship program which is created in partnership with the SommFoundation. The scholarship supports women pursuing careers in the wine industry.
