Five hundred books will be produced, and each will be numbered and signed by the author and displayed in a custom presentation case.

A trade book will be produced for the general public and available at select locations.

A portion of the proceeds from all pre-purchased books will be donated to The United Sommeliers Foundation. The fund was created in March 2020 to provide immediate financial assistance to professional sommeliers struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Maggie Henriquez is the Chief Executive Officer of French luxury glassmaker Baccarat.  Prior to this appointment she served at Chief Executive Officer for Krug Champagne.  Maggie’s impressive career spans over 40 years and includes working for several worldwide brands including Seagram, Nabisco, and Moet Hennessy Estate & Wines.
